Moving Map offers a real-time representation of an aircraft's position on a detailed map, catering specifically to different user needs based on the version selected.

The BASIC version, designed primarily for airline passengers, includes the following features:

• A DETAILED MAP:
  • Downloadable regions including World, Europe, North America, or Asia.
  • High-resolution visuals that function offline.
  • Comprehensive labeling of cities, country names, lakes, and rivers.
  • Identification of major points of interest and mountain names.
  • Automatic toggling between route view and close-up zoom view.
• LIVE FLIGHT INFORMATION PAGE: Presents real-time flight data such as:
  • Remaining distance to destination (available in NM, SM, or Km).
  • Time remaining until arrival.
  • Current speed (displayed in Knots, Km/h, or Mph).
  • Flying altitude (noted in feet or meters).

The PRO version is tailored for aircraft owners and operators and expands on the BASIC features with additional enhancements:

• High-resolution map view supporting both day and night modes.
• Welcome onboard screen presenting weather conditions at the destination.
• Welcome to destination screen featuring an image of the arrival city.
• Four distinctive aircraft icons representing airline, private jet, single-engine, and helicopter.
• Flight track displayed prominently in the live information section.
• Estimated external temperature information included in live updates.
• Aircraft pressurization data presented on the live information page.
• Locking capability for specific views (close zoom, far zoom, or flight information).
• Enhanced GPS accuracy for improved positioning data.

LIMITATIONS:

• The GPS functionality requires activation at all times.
• It is recommended to position the device near a window for optimal GPS reception.
• A fully charged iPad has been tested to support up to 4 hours of battery life during use.
• A minimum of 1.0 GB of free space is required for installation purposes.
